While investigating places to stay and things to do in Eureka Springs I happened across a mention of the Oasis and thought we'd try it for dinner...we saw 53 and 51Spring St, but didn't see any sign of the Oasis...well, there was a little gap between the two buildings and, sure enough, a little wooden staircase leading down to 53C.... more

We love the oasis. We've never tried anything except the enchiladas. They are so good we can't bring ourselves to order anything else. I had a spinach mushroom & cheese mushroom enchiladas with garlic. Yummy! My husband had the feta cheese, olive enchilada special. The beans and salad compliment the enchiladas perfectly and don't pass on the salsa verde. more

Had a great lunch here---yes, it's hard to find, yes, there's not much room and yes, the bathroom is very memorable! What food they have though. We had lunch at The Oasis today. I had the pork mole enchiladas; my wife had the nachos; my daughter had the chicken melt; my son had the cheese enchiladas (we shared all the entrees). The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. The salsa is amazing! We'll be back! more

Years ago, a local shop owner recommended the Oasis to us. We still visit it at least twice on each trip to Eureka Springs. Jan, the food and the atmosphere could never be replicated. I love little restaurants like this, so I knew I would love it from the minute I walked in. There is an atmosphere that cannot be described. It is tiny, yes, so I would only go with one or two people. The food is extraordinary, quality ingredients, original cuisine and a true essense of the life of ES. more
