Great cafe. The menu is simple, only a couple of choices but everything is good! The cakes are to die for and the coffee is superb. It's off the beaten track but well worth the drive. They are also very child- friendly. More

While Andrew's paintings might not be to everyone's taste, the simple lunch menu of excellent home-made soups, local salmon and cheeses - superb cakes and fuine coffee makes this a superb stop off when touring South Harris. We've been going here for four years now - and still look forward to it. More

This place had great reviews and they were all right! Drove through fantastic scenery on a very wet and blustery day and arrived to find a cafe with great atmosphere and friendly welcome. Our 5 month old baby found it very relaxing. The food was delicious,we will definitely be back. Well worth making the journey. More

This is a super place to stop during your adventures on this beautiful Island. The coffee was amazing and the soup and homemade bread we had were absolutely lovely, so much so we are going to try and make this oursleves! The paintings on the wall are impressive but its a shame they were so expensive as we liked them... More

An amazing place to get a snack....Be careful though...all u will see is a sign telling you to turn left or right depending where you are coming from, but you still won't see it, because it's up a small hill. But what ever you do, do stop and have a rest!! The best place to eat something nice and tasty....!! More

Nice coffee and they kindly wrapped up some cake for us to take with us as we were replete from breakfast but didn't want to miss out. Think we may have inadvertently left some sunglasses there - please give them to a worthy recipient/charity shop! Bought a nice selection of cards - lovely paintings. More

This is definitely my favourite place to come to on Harris. We visit the Island twice a year and always get a warm welcome when we come to Skoon. The hot chocolate brownie is a must if you get the chance to go!!! Andrew's paintings are amazing and he really captures the island so well. My collection of Andrew's paintings... More

Tea and cakes amongst the artwork is ace. Very baby friendly. Had highchair, wipes and changing station in toilet. Food is fab as is the wonderfully peaceful setting. Watch out for seals in the bay outside the door. More

Called in for lunch on Saturday, had the cheese plate, it was fantastic. The most generous portions of delecious scottish cheeses. We were so full we couldn’t even manage one of the homemade cakes. A magical place. More
