Having spent entire vacations searching Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas for the best pork BBQ, I found it to exist at Jo Jo's in North Little Rock, AR. Forget Sims with its fatty meat and white bread or Lindsey's with it's bland sauce. Jo Jo's is the best. Can you hear them cutting cabbage into slaw on the cutting board? Just... more
