Cafe Rouge grinds its own beef for their delicious hamburgers which come with incredible fries served hot. Their burgers are the best I've ever eaten and at fifty seven I've eaten my fair share of burgers. Their wine by the glass are reasonably priced and they have some outstanding fresh fruit based desserts. more

I have been eating at Cafe Rouge since it opened, probably 40-times a year. I have been underwhelmed maybe 5-times. For the most part the food is very good to outstanding, and the service is usually top-notch. Waitstaff are always open to substitutions, able and willing to ensure your meal is "perfect", and extremely knowledgeable concernig the wine list and... more
Over price and snootie service. We had a large party and a very large tab. We had one member of our 19 person reservation not show up and we were charged $30 for an entree. The server was the worst- a real jerk and the food was just OK. Don't bother going there. more
Best hamburger and fries. Great salads. Terrific butcher counter. Their housemade ham rocks. more
