We own a couple lodges in Big Bear. We recommend many great local places, but find Madlon's is the best place to send romantic couples. We have been going there for 30 years and the current owners are both chefs, doing a great job. more

I would have like this place execpt the owners are very stuck up and think they are God type people. they look down on the locals and think no one knows what they are talking about. they instantly think you are stupid if you don't like what comes out of their kitchen.
