Mi Guadalajara is our family's favorite restaurant. The food is always consistent and good quality. The "Carne Asada Guadalajara" is spectacular. The steak is tender and cooked medium, it comes with a cheese enchilada as a bonus. We happened upon this restaurant by accident, when nothing we planned to explore was open on a holiday. We were warmly greeted by the entire staff and they all made sure we (including my dad who uses an electric wheelchair were comfortable. The food, beginning with the chips and salsa, was superb. High quality food... prepared with care... fine sauces that delight the palate... my favorite is the Chile Verde par excellence... priced $8-13... full bar... though the atmosphere is a bit loud (due to high arched ceiling), it is a fun exciting Cal/Mex dining affaire... good service... you will walk away contented. more
