My wife and I cooked Christmas cookies, almond rocha, blackberry jam and cranberry chutney all day. We were tired of standing in our kitchen and decided to go out for dinner. We went to Lost Coast Brewery. The first order of business was to get a pint of 8-ball stout. It was fine and set the tone for an enjoyable... more

Neither good nor bad, just a bog-standard California brewpub. The food is pretty average (although clearly made with good fresh ingredients - fish is usually a good bet), and so is the beer - the typical Californian fruity-flowery "amber" ale, the over-hopped California-style IPA, and the so-called stout and porter that taste like they've been filtered through charcoal. The "Downtown... more

Dear Management, We went for dinner at LCB tonight with great enthusiasm. We had been driving by during the day and it looked like a great place to eat. We initially ordered a round of drinks, including the 10 samples for $10 and a full bottle of wine. It took quite a while to receive our initial drink order. The... more

All of the reviews said that this place was good. I was mostly disappointed. The beer and the service was standard, it was the food that let us down. The beer was good and the waiter was nice enough to bring us a few little samples to figure out what kind of beer we really wanted. My wife had a... more

If you like a fun atmosphere with good food, this is the place to go. The food and service was great. The prices weren't bad either. I grew up in NY around the Buffalo area, moved to CA and could not for the life of me find some good wings until I came to The Lost Coast Brew Co. Yum!... more

We weren't looking for anything special for lunch, just a good menu, atmosphere and value. The Lost Coast Brewery met those criteria. We're not beer fans, but I tried one of the beers - it was an amber ale - can't remember the name, but was very good. The lunch menu was extensive and the portions huge. A good place... more

Stopped off here while driving up to Oregon. We waited 20 min. for a table late on Friday afternoon which is to be expected. The waitress was very friendly and the menu was extensive. I had some excellent pizza and my niece had a sandwich and fries---all hot and tasty. They have an excellent selection of locally brewed beer. Prices... more

Great Brewery - Great building, setting and atmosphere. Customer Service could not have been any BETTER. My stuffed chicken was good, but my wife's salmon was way overcooked. The manager and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The Beer was amazing and I would definitely go back. more

We had purchased Lost Cost beer in Wisconsin and it was pretty good, so we were excited to try dinner at the brewery since we were in the area for a trip to Redwoods National Park. However, despite our best efforts to like it, it just wasn't very good. The beer was pretty good. Not great craft beer, but a... more

Fruit beers were smooth, burgers were good, salad was loaded with veggies, tomato basil soup was great, pool table was perfect for dessert with our finishing pints. Just what we wanted, except for the strollers near the pool table. One side note: the patrons looked really unhappy, even the college students - made me wonder about Eureka in general. Seriously,... more
