The Cliff House is down by the Harbor amongst a bunch of restaurants, warehouses and shops. We enjoyed a lovely lunch looking out over the water. Our meals were the Fresh Fish Grill Sandwich with a Green Salad. Very good. Nice lunch wine selection, friendly staff. Recommended. more

I went to the Cliff House and sat at the bar for an appetizer and glass of red wine. The wine had already been opened and tasted like it was old. The manager tasted it and rudely remarked that it tasted “FINE” It was awful. I threw a couple bucks on the bar and left. more

WOW! What an experience! Chef Adam is an experience. He serves 5-star seafood with 5-star service... with, a view of the Noyo Harbor and the Pacific Coast that is spectacular. WOW .. the food was fantastic, the people were superb and the atmosphere was outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. I had the fillet of sole stuffed with crab, spinach, shrimp - topped with a great sauce. My husband had the Asian salad and we shared the sampler appetizer. We went there to have a romantic evening and that is what we got. We had heard that they had a new head chief and we were excited, the food was excellent, lived up to the talk. Atmosphere was beautiful and we would come back again!! more
