Take a break from the grill and try the "El Matedor". Spanish style gumbo with tons of shrimp and sausage.
Lots of food to choose from and the prices are pretty reasonable. The pizzas are pretty big and really cheap, and good. I love the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Delicious. The servers are friendly. They have a tin of games on all the time too.
My wife and I had dinner the other night and I’m sorry to say we were very disappointed. It’s been a long while since we’ve ate at your place and thought it would be nice to eat there again before catching a movie. My wife and I noticed there were way too many staff members just huddling around not doing... More
There is no life in this sports bar. Unless it's a huge event, it is always empty. The food is decent and they have a solid complement of screens. Maybe because it's located next to a movie theatre? Perfectly fine placae to watch a game, and usually fine to bring a family. Hard to understand.
This place has many screens to watch your favorite game and enjoy some decent food. I dont think about coming here just for the food, but for a game then getting some food.
Biggest screen in Fresno, excellent food, excellent value, excellent service.
The World Sports Cafe is always a winner! I've been going there since it opened about twelve years ago and have never been disappointed. With well over 20 screens in addition to a huge screen, your game is always on. If not, just ask, and they will get it for you. The food is consistently good; service is good but... More
Remember the old saying "be a good sport?" The best way to experience TWSC is to grab a stool at the bar, order a burger an a brew then enjoy the ball and banter. Lighten-up, will you? This is the best sports bar in Fresno if not the world even if the owners are 'SC grads. Sorry Trojans, no disrespect... More
Let me get this straight, you think the document people use for international travel is not a valid ID. Ok, here is the truth. It is indeed a valid ID, however World Sports is not obligated to accept the passport just as they would be under no obligation to serve someone with a CA license if they thought it was... More
I work in a restaurant in Fresno and I am ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) certified and World Sports Cafe was only protecting their restaurant by refusing to sell alcohol to a person carrying only a passport as their identification. As a server/bartender, we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages to a person unless they have a valid state identification card... More
