I was here when the prior owner ran it. Good ice cream, coffee was pretty good. Surprised you list it as a restaurant since I am not aware of any "Food" such as sandwiches, salads, etc. Great location. Watch out for the skateboarders (even though they are prohibited). more
We just returned from Imperial Beach and stayed up the street from Cowa-Bunga. We had their ice cream about 3 times during the course of the week!
