We went to Tapenade for a special dinner with friends with whom we were visiting. My wife was wearing black, and the hostess (without any prompting) substituted a black napkin for the white one which was part of the table setup. My wife was impressed, as in lesser restaurants, one gets the white napkin anyway and then has white "fludge"... more
