Unfortunately for me I found this place my last evening in La Jolla. After 3 days of paying for overpriced, stiff and nothing special meals, I found Girard Gourmet. Super fresh, healthy, comfort food. Definitely recommend. more
We stopped in for some breakfast pastry and car treats. What a delightful place. Finally a shop that actually makes their own! more
excellent place. its a small street-side bistro, but closer in appearance to a bakery. serves excellent, buttery French pastries like a bakery, but also serves great custom sandwiches, and entire home style meals like Shepard's pie, pastas, meatloaf, and savory home-made soups more
