We moved to Santa Monica a year ago from New Orleans. One of our first tourist stops in the region was the Queen Mary. Sorry gang. Any restaurant that serves old fish as fresh and then makes excuses and denials is not a winner in my book. We turned back the swordfish special after a couple of bites - that fish was at least three days old or was poorly stored. The manager on duty insisted that they only serve fresh fish. Not only is it the views, the food, the friendly service, et cetera, but there is no cruise liner with such nostalgia. It really takes you back. I experience something new each visit! more
