Consistently rated as one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, Sushi Nozawa's Omakase (chef's special) is to die for. This little hole in the wall place along Ventura Blvd. will serve you the freshest and yummiest sushi in town. more
super fresh yummy sushi but you have to order chef's choice, or he the will literally kick you out, back to the end of the line. You end up eating way more sushi ($$$$$) than you might have wanted. more
really good fresh sushi. this guy is known and the sushi nazi and you're not allowed to order. no one smiles and you eat what you're given. a pretty cool experience. more
I really don't understand the hype of this place. I don't like the looseness of the rice. the sashimi on top is an awkward size that makes it hard to pick it up with chopsticks or with your fingers. there are some good things to eat here but it by no means justifies sushi on worn out plastic plates and... more
You don't go to Sushi Nozawa fot the service or decor. You go for the best and freshest Sishi anywhere. Worth the price. more

The sushi Nazi is a character and fed me very well with things I would never have known or thought to order. Not cheap eats, but worth the experience. more
