After having seen sideways I was super excited to eat at Los Olivos Cafe'. When we got there the restaurant smelled like sewer. The smell in the cafe' was so awful we had to leave. more

Nice setting, excellent food, unbelievable wine list. Our first visit. If the daily specials don't excite you, don't pass on the house specialties. Chicken marsala was excellent. more

Went here during a recent trip to the Santa Barbara wine country. Soon realized this was a "Sideways" location and went here for lunch. Food was excellent - has a mixed green salad topped with grilled halibut. Atmosphere is very comfortable and casual. We only had appetizers and they were just okay. The fried brie was overdone and lacked flavor, although the sauce it came with was pretty good. We also had steak satays in a spanish sauce.
