The smell is what drew us inside. Fun cooking at the table. Happy, helpful staff. Delicious sauce. Get the ribeye. The skirt steak was too tough for me. Saw lots of Stanford parents there taking their sons/daughters out for dinner. Graduation was the next day. more
Juban's satisfies my emotional needs in many ways...The sauces, the meats, the rice, the good memories, the decent service...Overall good. But it's not a superstar place or anything, I just used to go a lot, and for the price it's not horribly expensive. more

This is a nice throwback to my childhood. I grew up on family style hibachi and my aunt owns a similar restaurant in Sapporo. Fun date place! more
