Most Chili's restaurants are pretty consistent and this one is no different. Food and service was good. Food was hot, iced tea was cold.
Visited on a Tuesday afternoon (~1 pm), and the place wan't crowded. There was a group of Senior Citizens (8) that were seated in the same area. Our friends daughter choose Chili's as her birthday destination (she's early 20's). She did work at Chili's for a few years while going to college, so it was a familiar place I guess. My husband and I hadn't been to a Chili's for years. Nothing to cry about...it's still the same as I recall. Service and food were ok. Nothing... More
Went to Chillis for dinner. We waited for so long before they noticed us. Finally we ordered and again we waited for our food to arrived. It took forever. Not so good place to dine in.

A friend and I visited the Chili's restaurant in Monrovia on September 30 for lunch. The menu's were in awful condition, filthy, filthy, filthy. I observed a server cheerfully wiping down the plastic plants, you would think there would be time for cleaning a menu or two. yuck. They were grimy with old food. Not very appetizing.
My wife have been going to this Chili's for years, and we would recommend it to anyone. The hamburgers are always delicious and the staff is always friendly.
Really marginal and unhealthy food.
