We were warned the tartan carpet was pretty overwhelming, but we weren't expecting the hundreds of boats, plates and other memorabilia on the walls! The service wasn't the best out there, but it was a great experience and the fish and chips were lovely. more

Great place to hang out with your friends. They have a nice outside patio. The bartenders are very prompt considering the amount of traffic. They have numerous beers on draft and their scotch selection is the best in town. A snifter of Macallan 18yr is only $19 bucks compared to $25 at other locations in town. We found this place as we walked down the street looking for dinner...what a pleasure! We loved it so much we went both nights we were in Monterey. The clam chowder is better than any on Fisherman's Wharf. My sand dabs with creamy lemon caper sauce were to die for and my husband's steak over Caesar salad was perfectly cooked... more
