Who said Morgan Hill has no fresh fish? Rosy's has great fresh fish, esp the soft fish tacos. It is also a local hangout for the well connected. The bar is cozy and busy. Rosy puts out snacks for Happy Hour. She is always there for personal service. There is outdoor dining in the summer so you can people watch. more
