We had a difficult time finding a restaurant for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Most places wanted a few hundres dollars deposit or were really expensive. I have a lot of nostalgia for El Torito. It used to have wonderful food. Past it's prime. Lost it's magic. Whatever. If you get stuck there stick with the tortillas and sit down for a very long meal. more
chicken and steak tacos was chewy and greasy. service is great . roast beef and ham was also chewy. the salas was watery. fruits was too old and sour. more
Overpriced, over americanized mexican food. However do try the Fried Ice Cream. more

My favorite meal ever is the carne asada w/ shrimp / their green rice and corn. LOVE IT! more
