I wasn't sure about eating in a resturant named for a brand of clothing, but it came highly reccommended by my in-laws so we gave it a try. It was great! We have been twice now and it was delicious both times. Yummy run drinks and great food! If you can eat outside on the patio. more

Upstairs location on El Paseo in Palm Desert. Trendy and overpriced. Food is of average quality and portions are on the small side. Many other resturants in the area are a better value and with larger portions. I think you are paying for the name. more

While doing some shopping this past Sun on El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, we stumbled across Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe. This was a spontaneous decision, we had planned to have lunch at Las Casuelas Nuevas but they were only offering a buffet this morning. The cafe is situated in the Tommy Bahama's store, upstairs. We dined out on the... more

Busy, trendy place in the shopping district.Expect a wait during the peak hours.Varied menu done well.Nice patio area for outside dining, even inside I would call it open air dining.Service and food were good, our server ,Kathy was very personable. Will go back. Went here in the dead of summer so getting a table was no problem. Only down side is that a lot of the stores closed ealry due to the time of year. We started with the Coconut Shrimp, they were the best part of the meal. For the main dish I went with the roasetd pork which was was very... more

Consistently excellent food, smart, quick service. Everything on the menu is good but the cheeseburgers with fries & a bungalow salad (for lunch) are the best ever. Lively bar scene. Generous pours, friendly bartenders. Patio or indoor seating. One negative note: The hostesses are not as warm or sincere as they should be and we hate hearing "Enjoy your lunch." more

Reservation time was prompt and with a view. Service was prompt, kind and efficient. Server and Manager made us feel special. Food was outstanding. Crab Bisque was the best I've ever had. Ribs were incredible. Halibut was moist and tender. I am still dreaming about the Pina Colada Cake and the Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake . . . Wow and... more

We love this restaurant. The fish is always very fresh and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or a romantic dinner. The BBQ sandwich is a great lunch choice and all the salads are good. For dinner we usually get the Mahi Mahi, Sea Bass or Halibut. The Sangria is awsome and they have several flavored Mojitos, though... more

When I arrived there were about as many waiters as customers but they kept walking by me.After 10-15 min, I flagged one down saying no one had taken my order. He replied " Oh I will, if no one else wants to...." his voice fading as he realized what he said. I looked around to see the place dotted with... more
