Located in a strip mall next to Kinko's, this fine Japanese cafe is highly recommended. The food (also the shushi bar) is always fresh, hot, served with quiet assurance. A relaxing place to dine with soft classical music playing in the background. more

We have been going to Mushashi for years and by far it is the highest quality japanese/sushi restaurant in the desert. When we go out of town, the first restaurant we head home to is Mushashi. I have no idea why the other reviewers had bad experiences here. We are locals who eat here every week and the sushi is consistently fresh and delicious. This so called sushi bar is nothing but a "cantina" with the lowest quality of food. The flavors where a mix of burned, salty, spiceless; and the textures were sadly mushy, and greasy.
