The ONLY consistently good and enjoyable neighborhood Italian in PS. Great service, good food, fun times! I especially love the lasagna (when they rarely have it), the arugula salad and their tiramisu. The cucumber gin martini is smooth too! more

We had a very nice dinner at Aldente. Good Italian food (fish & veal) & reasonable prices (including the wine list). Service was a little over-eager at times, but overall it's a place I'd recommend. more

We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the inviting outdoor patio. The large space has cozy lighting and lots of greenery. The inside of the restaurant was colorful and filled with Italian opera, but I preferred the breezy ambiance of the patio. A wonderful little jewel in Palm Springs. Aldente's is a charming, romantic restaurant that is tastefully decorated, the staff were friendly, but not in your face. The food was delightful and the prices were more than reasonable. If you want a quiet, romantic night out... Aldente is the place to go! more
