The bone-in marbled rib-eye tasted good enough, but was not outstanding. We compare it to slightly different cuts of Argentine pampas bred beef, that has both flavor and melt-in-your mouth quality. We stayed for a dinner @ The Falls. Its a very nice location (romantic) and has a good atmosphere. The food was very delicious, the steak one of the best I had since long time. If you stay in Palms Springs, you must visit The Falls!! more

Cant beat the table for two on the balcony overlooking the strip. Very romantic, very perfect!!! Ordered my fillet medium rare, got it rare...was on the bowl two hours later for about an hour. Appetizers and dessert were excellent however. Would do again 100 times over but order the meat medium!!!! more
