My fiance and I had signed a contract with Twin Palms for our wedding reception with out any explanation, they sent us an email stating that "due to a booking error" (they had double booked our date and time) that our contract was now void. Completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional! If we would've violated our end of the contract they... more

We did not have a signed contract nor had we even deposited their check. We immediately contacted them and sent their original check right back to them. Besides that, the restaurant is closing at the end of November so there would be no way we could have held their wedding here next year. Better to find out when they did...

I recently attended a wedding here, and everything went perfect.. THe food portions were perhaps the biggest I have ever seen at a wedding, and it was declicous. The wedding planner there was on top of things all night.. Great atmosphere, great food, great staff more
