I travel to Pasadena on business about 5 times per year....this remains my favorite restaurant in Pasadena. (Zagat rated #1 in Pasadena, and rightfully so). The fresh fish, rack of lamb, and beef wellington are always excellent! Staff is curteous and professional, and the ambiance is cozy and very pleasant, without being stuffy. Just a bit out of the way... more

Derek's Bistro is an abomination and insult to fine dining. I have been a foodie for the past 12 years, frequenting numerous 5 star restaurants in L.A. and N.Y., and never in my life did I encounter such a horrid experience.
