The title says it all. The filling is a little on the sweet side, but very very good. Usually just the right balance between runny and firm -- only once did I have one that was too firm and jelly-like. They have peach and a variety of berry flavors. A sucker for dessert's and sweet foods, the Cobbler factory was introduced to me by my mom. And, from then on, it has been my favorite place to go for dessert after lunch in Pasadena.
