We read the reviews of this place and thought how could we go wrong. But we did. We boath ordered the fish and chips thinking that this was the signature dish, since it is in the name,and were both disapointed. The fish tasted good and wasn,t greasy but besides that it was average. more

Whenever we go to Pismo we always eat here, the service is fast, excellent and friendly and the food is top notch. We always have the Chowder as it far exceeds any other restaurant in the area. more
The food was good and filling which is the bottom line. My wife and I went for grilled rather than fried fish and chips. Travellers beware, don't get sucked into the Splash Cafe hype. I grew up in Pismo for the first 20 years of my life and only tourists will hit up that place.
