I eaten here off and on for a number of years. I've also eaten at their SLO and Arroyo Grande locations, all though I prefer the Pismo location best. I must say the prices have gotten quite high the last time we went (after Thankgiving 2009) and we had a good 40 min. wait. But I have always loved their... more

My children and grandchildren drove quite a way to celebrate my second oldest daughter's graduation from San Luis Obispo because I was under the impression this restaurant was fun. Unless you enjoy overpriced food, inconsiderate waitresses, getting water poured all over you each time you get your water glass filled, and having dead animals' glass eyes staring at you while... more

Stopped in for breakfast on a slow Tuesday. The hearty menu is basic but good, and service was fast. Our group had a full meal for a reasonable price and didn't have to wait. more

2 hour wait, and service slow....but the food...you're locked into this menu - most of which you dont want...$13 charge for splitting...my 16 year old girls said the pasta was so bad they couldnt eat it & I would say much the same for the baby back ribs...everything was SALTY!! Our group of 4 had always heard such great things about this place, but we were unimpressed to say the least on the food for the price. When we walked into the dinning room and sat down, either the table cloths are not washed often or the food smelled very bad. Very expensive for mediocre food. For the price of... more

Only go to this place if you love meat. If your looking for poultry this place is not for you. We went on a weeknight and it wasn't that busy yet Our server was way overwhelmed with his 3 tables. we went the whole meal with empty drinks. I had to send a cold salmon back. It was served with... more

Steaks are similar to Outback. Onion rings were soggy and luke warm and very greasy. The beans were also luke warm. Suggestions to the chef would be to keep the onion rings freshly made with fresh oil and served hot. Serve the beans hot too. Don't over cook the potatoes. Ours were charred. For nostalgia check out the traditional 70's... more

This restaurant used to be a must-stop steakhouse in the 80's. No more, It's degenerated into a restaurant that rushes you thru dinner to get the table cleared and maximize server tips while serving dry beef at New York prices. What a shame! more

We spent $100.00 for three, including the tip after they gave us 20% off the entire bill due to multiple problems. First, they were very busy (a Monday night) and the main course took a long time. We had a very basic order of steaks and a pork loin, which turned out to be just a chop. If these are... more

It is a ranch-style steakhouse that features steaks, ribs, seafood and salads. The food was very good. However bring extra cash. They do serve allot of free items like onion rings, bake beans, bread, potato's and desserts. more
