Dallimonti's is by far and away the best Italian restaurant in the East Bay. We've done birthdays, anniversaries, all kinds of events, they treat you right. The menu is simple, straight forward and outstanding. Pastas with a variety of great sauces, the soup and salad are fresh and perfect every time. This is a great neighborhood restaurant where you can have a wonderful Italian dinner in a relaxed homey atmosphere. The bar side is a neighborhood "pub" not a "meat market". The bartenders, waitresses and owners get to know you and are soon greeting you by name on return visits. This place is also open for lunch Tuesday through Friday and... more

We love the food, the atmosphere, the proper red-and-white checkered tablecloths, the old standards playing in the background, and the more-than-reasonable prices for multicourse meals.
