It's nice to know that when you're going to a chain restaurant you can depend on the food being the same good quality and well prepared no matter which ot their restaurants you go to. I happened to visit Outback twice last month, and I find it less than a coincidence that on BOTH occasions, COCKROACHES came out of the booth and onto our table!! Food and service have been consistently good. Not great, but never bad either. Will never be a first choice for me, but have no problem going with friends that enjoy it. more
When I need a prime rib fix (once a week) like tonight, this is the place I go to because of the consistency of the food, great service (it helps that my daughter's boyfriend works here), and very convenient location for me. more
