This place is way under-rated. The food is ALWAYS great, and the service is tops. The wine list is fabulous and fairly priced. I eat here on special occasions when I'm home in Sacramento. more

My husband and I have eaten there many times and we've often taken guests. The food is excellent and the service almost always impeccable. It's a lovely place with great ambience. To all those who wish to venture to Biba's "Don't" Being part Italian myself, very disappointed in both food (small portions with large price).(service girl was good) Met Biba herself, brushed us off ( restaurant was very slow..maybe 11 people in all) I have known many Italian restauranteurs to come over to table and inquire of food and service.... thus... more

Been there twice. Food OK, service a little on the snooty side. Not worth the money. Spend it at a Paragary's restaurant. more
