We have eaten here several times over the past 8 years, most recently this week. Every time the food has been wonderful. This week, the four of us had their rack of escargot, oysters Rockefeller, lamb, etouffee, duck, and filet. Everything was excellent. Small wine list but good (and affordable) selections. (Kendall Jackson is an under-appreciated choice!) more

You can't miss the big green sign of this restaurant that calls on weary drivers on El Camino to stop by for some comforting Southern cooking and care. We're on the fence on this one. On the one hand, you couldn't ask for a more genuine and attentive staff in San Carlos. The food that they make is also very good. The menu is a bit shallow if you're looking for strictly new orleans cuisine, however. They have an unusual no/asian fusion going on, maybe others like it... more
