The Morgan Hotel where very very keen to recommend this restaurant as the best in the area, going as far as warning us off the neighbouring mexican. We had a "nice enough" meal. We had planned a special evening with another couple and picked the Manta Rey due to high ratings. Not only was the food poorly prepared but the prices were not consistent with the portions.
