We've been regular diners at Birks for years. Never disappointed. The wood grilled steaks and chops are always flavorful and tender. Birk's serves excellent steaks and drinks. They also have a good selection of beers. Their service is very good even on American standards, but not "over-friendly" as in some other places. more

Food was great at Birks. Fun atmosphere. Definitely noisy - difficult to have a business conversation over lunch. more

We arrived late in the evening for dinner and were given excellent service without the rush we have experienced at other fine dining restaurants. That made the meal much more enjoyable. The steaks held up to expectations, and the sides were delicious. Very good wine by the glass selection. more
