At the invitation of the new owners of Pasta Bella, my husband and I returned after having written an unpleasant review. The pasta was perfect! Nice, chewy al dente pasta. Pasta Bella has earned my trust as my too-tired-to-cook resource. I recently completed a summer teaching assignment and on the last day of class did the usual "haul all the stuff out of the classroom" routine. Too hot for some of my usual faves, but the lightly sauced pastas and crisp salad I picked from Pasta Bella's menu were perfection.... more
