Most Mediterranean food, with veggie meals, some Mexican, lots of American options. Sam does amazing soups, and the sandwiches are very large. Nice wine and beer selection, interesting desserts (try the chocolate beet cake!), and there's usually a fish special. If you don't know exactly what you're in the mood for, go to East-West. more
Every time I am in Sebastopol I always eat here and have done so for many years. The waitresses are always nice, the atmosphere is cozy, but most importantly the food is ALWAYS very very good, and inexpensive. And there is a great used book store a few doos down from here. The food is healthy and yummy. more

Everytime i visit Sebastapol i have to come here at least once. The ginger lemonade is the best in the summer. more
Pretty good food, with the exception of some dishes. Slow service sometimes, but worth the wait. more
We ate breakfast at East West Cafe. We just wanted something fairly light. We ordered oranic granola and a smoothie. Other selections on the menu looked enticing, too. Creative, healthy, fresh. Waitress was really pleasant even though she was waiting on about 20 tables while we were there. Took a little while to get everything, but I didn't really mind... more
