On this whole street of mexican restaurants, each one pretty authentic, I'd say Don Chuy's is one of the most authentic. Everything is very laid back and friendly, they DO have [homemade] horchata (unlike Fidel's and maybe even Tony's Jacal on the same street,) and it's cheap.
