Overall, the food is good, pretty plain though. I was there for a Sunday night when fried chicken is the specialty, what a treat! It comes with tons of food. Other dishes were plain. more

The filet here is just perfect. Watch out for the exceptionally large portions which makes for a meal and a half. The lobster bisque is about as good as it gets. more

This is waht a steakhouse is all about. The BEST food, drinks & service, peroid. If you like the traditional steakhouse experience, you'll find it right here! We noticed a few local celebs on our visit too. Great fun. more

Red Tracton's food is terrific. However...for dinner it's very expensive and the portions of everything are HUGE. With drinks and/or wine, expect to spend about $75 per person. That being said, it's worth it. Splitting entrees and salads is common and makes sense. The prime rib and steaks are unbeatable. Get french fries or onion rings for the whole table;... more

Red Tracton's is a great restaurant. Near the Del Mar Racetrack they feature great steaks and seafood. The quantities are probably twice what you get in an upscale restaurant with the same attention to quality and detail. The decor and service are excellent.
