As one might guess, restaurants in Tahoe City are very expensive. Although Evergreen is more expensive than restaurants in other areas, it is much more inexpensive than other restaurants in the area. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent, partnered with delicious coleslaw. The blue cheese / pear salad was great and a sizeable portion. The roasted corn chowder (a daily special) was thin but very tasty. more

This is an excellent restaurant. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the dishes, creativity, freshness and knowledgeable service. After 8 days in N Tahoe area this was by far the best meal of the trip. Even our Chef son was very impressed.
