From first glance, Sushi Wasabi looks absolutely like the last place on Earth to find arguably the best sushi in OC. It's hidden in a run-down tiny strip mall, next to a 7-11 and a Pep Boys. It's tiny, and they act like real-life sushi nazis. But the sensei's skills are impressive. The fish is amazingly fresh. And each piece of sushi comes with a short explanation about where it's from. This place is a bit pricey, but well worth it for local sushi lovers. more
