I've been eating at Pelayo's since the 80's - first in Fairfield, then in Vacaville for the last 18 years. My favorite restaurant, period. The food is always excellent, the service is always friendly and efficient, the place is always clean and comfortable. I watched the owners' kids grow up in the business and now see the grandchildren working there.... more
