J-Tokyo Restaurant has gone from "just a restaurant" under the previous ownership to what we feel is the absolute best in Japanese cooking under its new (current) ownership. The owner and staff truly care about the food they prepare and serve to its customers. You can really see and taste the quality of the ingredients that go into your meal.... more
