Food was good -- we got into a ridiculous situation with a bottle of wine that was so obviously corked that there should have been no issue. Mirabelle provides consistently wonderful food and fine friendly service. It is a bit on the expensive side, but that is almost a Beaver Creek requirement. In my book, it is worth the price. more

I visist Vail and Beaver Creek for many years and finally have a dinner to Mirabelle at Beaver Creek ,the service is great the food is inovative and tasty ,this is by far the best dinning experience we have in colorado ,be back next year more

Visited this great little place when in Vail. Pros: fresh and flavorful food cooked to perfection; waiter had a casual way about him; great wine list. Cons: dessert was extremely disappointing (chocolate "lava" cake resembled a hockey puck in texture, other desserts sampled were excessively sugary). more

Every morsel I ate in Paris was wonderful....this is not a French restaurant. Give back your awards and get a new chief. Focus was more on plate presentation than food content... more
