Three of us had a yummy, filling, tasty Bento Box lunch at Foxnut yesterday. $8 - 10 each.... Not much more to say, but give it a try! more
The location is Greatwhen I got to sit outside and get to enjoy the weather and people watch. The sushi is very good and the service was good. You do pay more but it is sushi in the middle of Beaver Creek CO.. I would say about $15 to $20 more then we pay normally for sushi. I enjoyed myself... more
The four of us ate here several times during our skiing week in Beaver Creek. Very enjoyable food, if a bit overpriced. Seats comfortable, tables functional. Foxnut is not a place you would be a regular, in fact the sushi chefs said that they don't really have regulars because the prices are so high. But for a vacation sushi place or an apres ski (3-4pm for sushi) place it is really good. Do yourself a favor and sit at the sushi bar rather than a table.... more
I'm a sushi gal, but I simply couldn't afford the pricey sushi at Foxnut at an average of $15 per roll, yikes! However, I was pleasantly surprised by their bento box lunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very modern and bright. When I say bright, I mean pink and lime green! We made it in for Happy Hour...half off most sushi, some rolls, hot saki and Sapporo beer. We ended up in this Beaver Creek restaurant because everyone else had a 60 to 90 minute wait and Foxnut was 90% empty.
