They use a wood burning oven that spews toxic fumes over Boulder 7 days a week nearly 12 hours a day. Google "wood burning and cancer " then wonder how eco-responsible this place is. This cooking method is a health hazard. more

We were in Colorado for nine days, traveling around and eating every meal in restaurants. This was the best meal of the trip; the food was fresh and full of flavor, the service was good, and the location is convenient to the Pearl Street Mall.
