My wife ate at Bloom recently with freinds and enjoyed it so much she took me there for a date. We both ordered medium ribeyes; me with roquefort potatoes and my wife with wasabi potatoes. The steaks took 15 minutes or-so to arrive (not unusual for Bloom which is very popular and always busy) but they arrived well done... downright... more

The restaurant itself has great elements...live piano music, nice ambiance and good drink selection. The food was good, nice presentation. The Brie appetizer & the Bars of Sin are outstanding!
