We went to Coyote Cantina at 5pm on a Wednesday after rafting. We were promptly seated, and the menu looked good, but after about 15 minutes we had to ask for a waitress to please take our order. Had dinner there on our trip into Buena Vista. The prices were good and the meals were tasty. Tasty salsa, and queso dip. My wife asked had a special request for her meal and they accommodated her with no problem. They split the shimp enchilada dinner for my two boys, again with no problem.
