Have gone here after rafting trips for years. Never disappoints. Usually buy the "pachego suiza" (sp?) dish. Unique offering with excellent subtle flavors. Tried again on August 30 and they still have a good product. Although I know you can't eat ambiance, I think this may be the coziest restaurant in Colorado including the patio. more

Cafe del Sol is a neat building, decorations and interior are dusty, they need a good wipe down. The food was okay. If you are looking for authentic mexican food and lots of it, don't bother going here. The staff was friendly and nice. There's a great little mexican restaurant in Poncha Springs, about 20 minutes away from BV. more
