What a great change of pace! The Union has a good location in the heart of Castle Rock. The atmosphere is very nice & upscale. The wait staff is very attentive and nice! THE FOOD IS WONDERFUL!!!! We have been a number of times and never had a bad experiance or bad food! more
Food used to be fantastic, but it's been slipping lately. The service is intrusive and ambiance leaves much to be desired. more
